All payments are due in full when billed, service call fee and minimum labor fee will be billed at intial visit. All parts ordered must be pre-paid, once ordered parts are non-returnable. We will process all paperwork for repairs done under extended warranty. The customer is responsible for any charges not covered under extended warranty. We accept all major credit cards , cash or checks.

Labor Rate

One-Tech job --$125.00 per hour

Two-Tech job --$125.00 per hour

Flat Rate job ---$125.00 per flat rate hour

We offer 10% off Labor for cash payment

All service calls within 25 miles are $45.00 for first visit plus $125.00 minimum labor fee.

* All service calls over 25 miles but less than 50 miles are $65.00 plus $125.00 minimum labor fee.

* All service calls over 50 miles are $65.00 plus $2.00 for each additional mile plus $185.00 minimum labor fee.

*  Minimum labor fee applies up to the first hour of service.

* Minimum labor fee may be waived at technician's discretion.

* Service call mileage starts from Hondo Texas.

* Service call fee may be shared among customers located in   the same RV park.

* If your RV is located more than 2 miles off the pavement there will be an additional $10.00 per unpaved mile.
